Carla's Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn or defective merchandise for a full refund of the origional purchase price.

Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be rerurned unless it is defective. Items returned after 60 days might be subject to a reduced refund if not in its origional packaging and in salable condition.

All online purchases must be returned to the Ponte Vedra store.

The same return policy applies to mail and phone orders. However, all merchandise must be returned to the store at which it was purchased.
